Development in Romania’s real estate represents the country’s move from a centralized to a market economy. It has grown considerably since 1990. Real estate is presently the most dynamic sector of the Romanian economy. Statistics show that the investments in real estate properties have grown rapidly; numerous companies are investing and the real estate transactions show a strong orientation to this type of activity.
With twenty years construction experience in Eastern Europe – Hungary, Poland etc. – three important and successful investors in the world, Aura Investments Ltd., Bar-On Adam Structures Ltd. and Plaza Centres, have joined together with the purpose of developing many residential projects on the real estate market in Romania. The company created is Primavera, and it is building over 1,500 apartments in Bucharest (the capital city of the country), Ploiesti (a city situated at 40km of the capital) and Brasov (touristic station).
Primavera, meaning “spring” and “regeneration” in Romanian brings new construction, aimed at providing the possibility for a new lifestyle in the area through quality building, prestigious and unique finishes, modern design and high service standards with an aspiration to bring sovereignty to Romanian real estate, western design to residence.
Primavera Group has begun projects targeted at the population now leading ‘new’ Romania – projects such as: Valley View, which allows enjoying two worlds – the city of Brasov, which is a few minutes’ walk from the old city, and “Poiana Brasov”, the largest ski resort in Romania, which is only a five minutes drive from the site. Brasov in the centre of Romania is considered the second wealthiest city after Bucharest and is one of the country’s most important cultural and industrial towns. The city is located 176 km north of Bucharest, being the capital City of Brasov County.
Imagine a beautiful, panoramic view to the old city of Brasov and its surrounding green hills, all part of a residential project that will be at the disposal of Brasov citizens through elegance, style and construction quality: Primavera Valley View.
Inspired by the official symbol of the city, the crown of Brasov, the entire planning of the project promises tall buildings to surround the small village within the residential complex.
Primavera Valley View covers 67,000 sq. m of land and offers 1,500 residential units within a gated community, with terraces, underground and aboveground parking spaces, storages, even playgrounds, a swimming pool and SPA. Along with the western lifestyle that it promises to offer to its residents, the Valley View will indulge your love for green, spoiling you with plenty of green spaces, a natural oasis within the valley of Brasov. Additional projects include: Acacia Park, Green Land, Pinetree Glade, Fountain Park, Tower Brasov and Tower Ploiesti..
