South African-born Prue Leith is a well-travelled multi-tasker with a steady stream of projects on the go. Among her many roles, she’s a restaurateur, caterer, TV cook, broadcaster, author and cookery writer, and she’s also the brains behind Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Moreover, she serves as a non-executive director of Orient Express Hotels Ltd, and is one of the co-founders of the charity business, The British Food Trust.

Martin Bell: A well travelled man

Former BBC reporter, war correspondent and politician Martin Bell has experienced things in his life that most ordinary people could only dream of. His various careers have taken him around the world. He has seen peace and war, experienced foreign cultures, even worked as a Member of Parliament for several years. Currently acting as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, Bell is still travelling the world, though his ideal home remains a small cottage in north London.
