Ponta Bicuda is a leading five star-plus resort in Cape Verde. For the first time, one can find world class luxury at an affordable price. Ponta Bicuda enjoys a near perfect location; a peninsula with 3.5 km of shoreline, with a slope facing south, barely five minutes away from the country capital, Praia and the international airport

To boost the exclusivity and the potential return on your investment, Ponta Bicuda consists of six luxurious hotels and three private residence areas, all served by the downtown area and by the communal panoply of services and amenities. Each luxurious hotel will have a totally different character, and each design will be repeated only a limited number of times. The high-quality standard in terms of design and service is shared without compromising the individuality and uniqueness of each villa or apartment. Enjoy the quietness and privacy or just go and party in the downtown area. Ponta Bicuda is the place to be in Cape Verde.

It's perfect to live in and spectacular to invest in. Each property features a different style, thus creating value and scarcity for those looking for a short-term resale option. There's a hotel ownership scheme named Hotelier Club, specially designed for investors seeking rental returns and high capital gains, with an interesting five percent per annum guaranteed net return and four weeks of free use per year. All properties are sold freehold on full ownership. The property range includes apartments right on the top of the lovely, golden sandy beach and villas with extensive sea views and luxurious features like infinity swimming pools. All the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and most have an external private space, in some cases with a plunge pool in what is dubbed as the 'outside bath'. Strong capital gains are expected in the forthcoming years.

Similar destinations with a worse climate (like the Canary Islands and Spain) have seen tremendous price increases over the last few years. The resort is located in a newly developed location with prices about a quarter of those for similar quality in terms of location and design. Historically, luxurious products in growing destinations perform better than lower quality ones. Cape Verde is a tropical country with no cool seasons, the average temperatures around the year vary between 21-28°C. The coolest months are December to March and most of the rain falls between August and October, where there is also more cloud cover, but rain is meagre and erratic. The windiest time of year is during February and March, although this never brings hurricanes. Rainfall is less than 24 hours per year. There are direct flights to Santiago from London and most of the European cities.
