Royal St. Kitts Beach Resort Ltd commemorated the next step in the development of the Marriott Residences, a whole ownership residential project, with the demolition of an unfinished building


The demolition makes way for the new 30-acre, multi-phase project that will be integrated with the existing St. Kitts Marriott Resort. Each phase of the proposed development will comprise a stand-alone building of approximately 100,000sq ft, offering a variety of floor plans; from studio units of 700sq ft to a four-bedroom penthouse of 3,500sq ft.

“We are pleased to mark the next step in the progress of the development of the Marriott Residences, St. Kitts with the demolition of an unfinished structure on the property,” stated Mr. Lu Galasso, representing the developers. “This proposed project is a natural extension to the existing St. Kitts Marriott Resort and the Royal Beach Casino.
