The second project underway covers a 3.5 million m2 at Madinat Makadi Village, which is a fully developed tourist village featuring eight hotels in the four and five star categories. Madinat Makadi, 30km south of Hurghada on the shores of the Red Sea, will feature 2,000 residential units to be handed over starting in March 2007.
