On the spectacular coastline between Cannes and St Raphael, on the beautiful bay of Miramar, you will find the brand new residential development of Miramar le Parc. It is nestled in a lush valley, surrounded by the mountains of the Esterel National Park and facing the sea. Overseas Living went to see what is on offer

Miramar le Parc is situated just a three minute walk from the main beach and pretty marina of the Port de la Figueirette, reputed for its peace and quiet. Here the waters are calm and safe, which makes it ideal for families, and there are a number of beachside restaurants and cafes. This development offers a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with a limited number of duplex apartments and penthouses, all with views of the sea, coastline, mountains or gardens.

Luxury location
Miramar le Parc comprises eight individual buildings, set in landscaped gardens with three swimming pools and water features. Each apartment has its own large terrace providing the perfect space for outside entertaining. Underground garages and individual parking spaces are also available. There are currently three whole buildings available (prices on application), with individual apartments ranging from j300,000 up to j2.4m. From Miramar, the bright lights of Cannes are 20 minutes away and Nice International Airport is a mere 35 minute drive (using the A8). In addition there is a private airport at Cannes Mandelieu.

The city of Cannes has a distinctly French flair about it, oozing sophistication and luxury and the list of hotels and haute couture stores reflect this. Take in the sea air as you stroll down the Croisette – one of the world's great seaside promenades where you can relax in a beachside café and people watch (which, let's face it, we all love to do), admiring the yachts and lifestyles of the rich and famous. Relax on the Riviera Certainly in the summer months you will find the 'beautiful people' and glitz for which the French Riviera is so famous.

However, the huge advantage of Miramar is that it provides a calm and restful environment where life continues at a far more relaxed pace. There are many interesting places to discover close by and the huge choice of year round sporting, leisure and cultural activities really does make it the ideal location for families and couples alike. If you want to experience the 'high life' of the French Riviera and take in the atmosphere of Cannes, Nice or St Tropez, but at the same time yearn for some peace and tranquillity, then you should visit Miramar le Parc.

Miramar le Parc has been developed by an UK-based developer and has a UK and French marketing team.
