Thanks to its strong economy and infrastructure it could probably survive as an independent country. There is plenty of building work going on, but with huge tracts of forest and endless beaches, plus careful building restraints, Crete will never feel crowded.

Action Constructing is a family owned architectural, construction and developer company. The name is perhaps new for many people as prior to 2003 we operated under the name Interland, which has been widely known and respected since 1998. As our company’s participators have been active in the market since 1984 - purchasing properties, constructing buildings and providing them with all the necessary equipment and amenities - we have an extensive portfolio of our work to show.

We are not only having a great experience building villas and traditional dwellings for the foreign market, but we are also well known by our contribution to the local town, by our modern apartment buildings.

Building yourself is easier than you might think. The first step is to decide the area and the perfect plot. Through our many contacts we can help you with this. The next is to set up an appointment between you and our architect. This is where our specialty lies; custom made houses, where we have the opportunity to work one-to-one with our customers, ensuring that they get the dream home that they have hoped and longed for. Even those who are bound to build their second home on a smaller budget can enjoy our services and knowledge, so their dream can be a reality.
