TripAdvisor travelers cast their vote in favour of small luxury hotels at annual awards, with thirteen SLH hotels featured in the 'top 100 best luxury hotels' category

One of the world's largest awards, TripAdvisor 2008 Travelers' Choice, have once again played tribute to Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties, with a notable number featuring prominently across a variety of award categories. Considered to be the most prestigious of all the award categories, the 'Top 100 Best Luxury Hotels in the World' this year honoured 13 Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties.

Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort was ranked an impressive fourth overall, moving up from 15th place last year, and it was the only Greek hotel to feature in the 'Top 50'. Similarly, The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey was the only hotel in the Channel Islands to be recognised, and it was one of only three UK hotels in the 'Top 50'; while The Oberoi Amarvilas (www.slh.com/amarvilas) was the only Indian hotel to appear in the 'Top 50'.
