The city of Antalya still fascinates me with its peerless nature and historical treasures. After visiting the ruins of ancient civilizations of different periods, or the caves that dates back to the Stone Age, it is almost impossible not to be impressed.
And Belek, for me, is a reward given to those who gave their heart to this city. With the cooperation of the state, universities and city planners, Belek was planned as a model tourism development and now it is probably the fastest growing region of the Mediterranean coast.

Facilities
Wild rivers for rafting, trekking to the hidden waterfalls through the forest, long sandy beaches where you can sunbath almost 12 months a year, ski centres suitable for every level of skier and golfing amid pine forests…and you have all of these within a few minutes walk or at most, one hours drive. This explains why there are dozens of luxury hotels in the area.

With all this wealth Belek can offer something for everybody. That’s why investors, vacation home seekers or those emigrating are all interested in the area. Keeping this in mind, our basic keyword while designing the IDEA houses was ‘diversity’. The building should meet the needs and budgets of everyone.

Another distinctive feature IDEA apartments have is that the plot it is built on has “hotel” permission. This means that one who buys the whole six units (at a total price of €650,000) will have a chance to register it as a hotel. You may know that when you buy a house in Turkey you also own the land proportionally to the size of your flat, and it is yours forever. At a price which you cannot even buy the land itself, you have a chance of owning a hotel, this is an opportunity should not be missed.
